The secret's finally out! FRS is adding yet another new member to the FRS family: Sweaters! 

Last month, we asked you to submerse yourself in abstract washes of color in our “Marbleous World” challenge – and this month, we want you to do the exact opposite! For the “Illustrated Dreams” challenge it’s time to pick up your pencils & get sketching, ‘cause for this special Facebook challenge, FRS is going graphic!

Let your imagination run riot as you design your dream shirt – from cutesy owls & sheep drawings to mind-blowing Dali-esque figures, the sky’s the limit! All we ask is that you keep colors to a minimum, and please, no digital glyphs – we want these designs done the old fashioned way!

What can you win?

Each winner receives a one-off immediate prize of 200€. plus one of their products when it arrives in stock. TRENDS // TEXWORLD - A/W 2014-15

Texworld is one of the largest sourcing event in the world for apparel fabric buyers, R&D and product development specialists, designers, merchandisers and overseas sourcing professionals.

Their next shows are scheduled in NYC, NY,  Jan 21-23, 2014 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and in Paris, France, Feb 17-20, 2014 at the Parc des Expositions Paris Le Bourget. Go here to learn more about attending their shows.

DESIGN CONTEST // MIAMI FASHION WEEK

The Miami Beach International Fashion Week will host the 7th annual design competition as organizers search for designers and artists in the world to spotlight in the "NEW STARS IN FASHION INSTALLATION" at the 16th annual MFW. 

The following design competitions are:

South of the equator where style is hot and the merengue music never stops... Tropicali.  Orange and pink tones of jasmine blossom and bird of paradise insinuate fragrant tropical essences.

   BLUE MAN GROUP    

The darker the dawn the brighter the day...Blue Man Group. Cerulean and cobalt blue tones display unforgettable accents on a backdrop of mercerized denim and pima cotton.

   ANIMAL KINGDOM    

Ferocious style paired with unending playfulness...Animal Kingdon.  Light beige and faded yellow shades accentuate leopard prints while adding the perfect touch of youthful vitality.
